How now brown cow?

It's been more than a month since the last election. Everything and everybody seems to settle down to their purpose and work. The Federal Government introduces several institutional changes and reforms in the administration of justice and anti-corruption. A pretty good move if i do say so myself. But the more important thing is, is changing the mindset of individuals and masses to put others before self. How to do that?
